## Context

I joined MusicPlayce as a core engineer and grew into the technical reference for the team, working across backend APIs, mobile and integrations, and collaborating directly with product and design. When the company started MusicPlayce Hub, a new B2C product for artists and music producers, the technical direction was still open.

    - **0 → 1**: From an empty repository to a product with real users

    - **NestJS**: Backend architected from scratch

I took ownership of the product's engineering: I defined the technical roadmap, architected the backend from scratch with NestJS and led the engineering team.

## What I built

- The backend architecture of MusicPlayce Hub, from scratch, in NestJS
- A technical roadmap that the team could execute against
- Integrations and services on a stack that also spans Node.js, Dart, Go, Firebase and microservices
